There’s Still Only One — 25 Years of a True Football Cult Classic.
Synopisis:
Bullied, bench‑bound and short on confidence, Manchester schoolboy Jimmy Grimble finds an unlikely spark when a mysterious old woman hands him a battered pair of boots said to belong to a City legend. What follows is an urban fairy tale about belief—Jimmy’s, his team’s, and a community’s—as a shy kid learns to trust his own feet. Filmed around Manchester and culminating at Maine Road, the film balances grit and warmth with underdog thrills.
